Disciplinary Management

An automated Disciplinary Management system is helpful to both the employee and the employer. Once an incident is reported against an employee, an authorised (HR) user can record the details in the system. The disciplinary module has automated the entire disciplinary management process. Therefore activities such as assigning employees to handle the incident, executing corrective actions and managing appeals can all be performed using the system.

The employee himself / herself can log into the system, view incidents reported against him / her for which corrective actions are already taken, and make appeals through the system.
